What is your shipping policy?

We Love to ship. We want your products to arrive at your door safe and sound with the most reliable and cost effective service. We use courier services and also a moving team for those larger more delicate items. 

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY:

We offer a flat rate shipping of $99 for all desks going to major metro cities around Australia (Melbourne, Adelaide, ACT , Sydney and Brisbane) . See table below for me information. Can't find your city? Please contact us for quote.

INTERNATIONAL:

At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE:
What is your returns policy? 

We’re confident that you’ll be happy with your new desk. We build everything ourselves, and our small team conducts quality control tests on all of our products before they ship to customers. We’re dedicated to working with you to find the best solutions to any problems you may have. Get in touch to discuss any concerns.

We also have a 30 day free return policy if you’re not happy with your purchase. Please note that items will need to be in unused condition and re-packaged into their original packaging. For Melbourne-based customers, we offer a free collection service. Interstate customers will be required to pay the cost of the return postage.
