What is your shipping policy?

We Love to ship. We want your products to arrive at your door safe and sound with the most reliable and cost effective service. 

DOMESTIC

We offer a flat rate shipping option of $130 to Metro Melbourne. We also offer shipping options from $190-$350 to Adelaide , Canberra, Sydney , Brisbane and Tasmania. Can't find your city? Please contact us for quote.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

What is the current lead time ?

Some of our desktops are currently in stock. A fast delivery of 7-14 days is noted on the individual product page.

If you can’t see that option an approximate lead time is about 4-6 weeks. Delivery time once desk is ready is generally 1-7 business days depending on your location.

Is the standing desk assembled when it arrives?

The base frame comes flat pack and requires assembly. There are detailed instructions inside the box and a tool is required. The desk top comes in one piece and requires that you attach it to the base frame. Screws are provided for this, all you’ll need is a #2 phillips head screwdriver. We are only a phone call away if you need assistance!

Alternatively, we can send one of our crew to setup and install the desk for you. Melbourne only $50.  

Are you able to make me a custom size and shape ?

We can customise the size and shape of most of the table tops. Our in-house maker can work with you from initial concept to final production. We would love to hear your ideas. Lead times for custom sizes are about 6-8 weeks. 

Will my desk look the same as the photos on your website?

Working with natural products like Australian hardwoods can have challenges when displaying products online. Timber colours, grain patterns and features can vary throughout the year and each desktop is unique. We work with high-quality, premium timber and do our best to show the products as they are, though your unique desktop may vary slightly from the images seen on our website.

What is your returns policy? 

We’re confident that you’ll be happy with your new desk. We build everything ourselves, and our small team conducts quality control tests on all of our products before they ship to customers. We’re dedicated to working with you to find the best solutions to any problems you may have. Get in touch to discuss any concerns.

We also have a 30 day free return policy if you’re not happy with your purchase. Please note that items will need to be in unused condition and re-packaged into their original packaging. For Melbourne-based customers, we offer a free collection service. Interstate customers will be required to pay the cost of the return postage.

Do you have a showroom and where can I pick up from?

No, however if you’d like to see our products before purchasing, you can drop by our warehouse. This is by appointment only. Contact us to make an appointment. All pickups are available from the same warehouse
